After the overwhelming success of the Kickstarter campaign, it’s time for the physical release of "365" - my most ambitious and expansive album to date.

Before diving into the details, I want to sincerely thank everyone who supported the Kickstarter campaign. Your enthusiasm, trust, and backing made this album possible.

You've been with me every step of the way, from concept to creation, and I'm truly thankful for your belief in my music. Your support isn't just about funding - it's fuel for creativity and a reminder of why I do this.

And… you all showed a lot of patience whilst I got it all pulled together and posted out, especially those in the EU…

But, for those who missed out on the Kickstarter or just prefer to get it when it’s ready, now's your chance to experience "365" in all its glory!

What is "365"?

Imagine four epic tracks, each spanning around 15 minutes, representing the seasons of the year:

Spring - Summer - Autumn - Winter

This concept album is Adult Cinema unleashed. I've let go of the conventional song structures you’ll find in my other albums, diving deep into the progressive roots that have always influenced my sound.

It's expansive, it's immersive, and it's definitely unlike anything I've done before.

I like to think that each track is a journey in itself, reflecting not just the changing seasons but the cycles of life. I hope to take you on a journey from a hopeful awakening of Spring to the introspective chill of Winter, exploring time, change, and human experience. Phew!

A PROG Review, At Last!

Because I try to find a fanbase without the help of a label I don’t really try to get press and radio. I punt my music out where I can and it’s lovely when I do get something written about my music.

But I was super chuffed when Chris Roberts of PROG magazine reviewed the album. And gave it a big thumbs up!

"He's knocked it out of the park. It sweeps you along on its meticulously paced journey and surges seamlessly between Jarre-like electronic pulses to organic, orgiastic rock, complete with Gilmour-esque solos."

This review captures the essence of what I aimed for with "365" - a blend of electronic and organic sounds that creates a rich tapestry that offers more with each listen.

Double Vinyl (180g) - Available in classic black or limited edition blue and housed in a beautiful gatefold sleeve.

CD - For those who prefer the classic compact disc form.

Digital Download - High-quality WAV files for the audiophiles, and 320kbps MP3 for everyday listening

As always, all physical purchases come with immediate access to digital downloads, so you can start listening right away while you wait for your vinyl or CD to arrive.

But, there’s also the two pieces of merch I made for the Kickstarter.

The Scripts - a rather lovely lyric book that I had a designer friend put together with all the lyrics to all four albums so far. I’m really happy with how it turned out and the people who got it in the campaign have liked it too!

A new logo T-shirt - this is an oversized heavyweight T-shirt. Something a bit different to all the ones I’ve made before. But rather nice.

The Making of "365"

Creating this album was a journey in itself. It represents a significant evolution in my approach to music-making. While my previous music has always had progressive elements, "365" fully embraces that spirit.

I allowed myself the freedom to explore ideas fully, letting each piece develop organically without the constraints of traditional song structures. The result is a more expansive, deeper Adult Cinema sound.

You'll still hear nods to the great bands of the 60s and 70s that have always influenced me, but there's a new level of complexity and nuance to the arrangements.

It's made for deep listening - the kind of album you put on, shut out distractions, and really immerse yourself in. (Headphones and your relaxant of choice might also add to the experience!)

No Streaming Until Next YEAR...

"365" isn't planned for release on any of the streaming or digital platforms until the end of the year.

In fact, my current plan is to do the digital release on 1st of January next year - there’s something about releasing an album that is, in part, about a year’s journey on the first day of the year that I like.

That means the only way to hear it until then is to grab your copy from my shop.

And, of course, a physical copy or download is the best way to experience the album's full glory and directly support independent music-making.

Whether you're a long-time fan or new to Adult Cinema, I believe this album has something special in store for you. It's a journey through sound, seasons, and self - and I can't wait for you to experience it.
